Our story of the week is This Is the Way We Go to School. Our focus of the week is drawing conclusions and discussing the plot. We will also find verbs in sentences.

Please continue to work on recognizing coins and their value and telling time to the hour. We will begin subtraction this week.
Penmanship and Writing
We are beginning each sentence with a capital letter and ending it with the correct punctuation. We are writing in our journals everyday. Students are creating their own sentences.

20th Last day for the Book Fair
A BIG thank you to all that sent money for “Coins for Books”. You sent $113.00 and I got to double that. I was able to purchase 33 books, 2 book marks, and an educational game for our classroom. I am lucky to have such a great class!
